Do you people know of any healthy snacks to eat between bigger meals?
One that I like is to take a little cottage cheese and mix it with vanilla yoghurt. The ratio should be 1 part vanilla yoghurt and 3 parts cottage cheese. Cottage cheese contains some good proteins and will keep your appetite satisfied until the next meal.
After the cottage cheese and the vanilla yoghurt is mixed I like to add some cinnamon for great taste and some raw, unprocessed nuts (almonds, cashews, walnuts, etc.) or berries. The keywords here is RAW and UNPROCESSED nuts and berries. Keep it as natural as possible!
Do you people have other preferences or ideas for some healthy snacks?
